Making the real estate sector transparent

The biggest problem in real estate is that there is a clear gap in information & trust with the real estate partners. To provide the best customer experience and be perceived as an approachable brand, Centrum’s real estate division, REMA wanted to digitise their entire experience – right from purchase, to sales and consumer experience. They created an end to end platform which connected the builders, brokers, sales team, and the end customers – the home buyers. This allowed users to be updated real-time about the project, through one dashboard. Currently, the real estate sector is disorganised.
