Key Responsibilities :

  • -Being responsible for generating visual concepts in response to client’s briefs.
  • -The candidate will be responsible for work with the creative team and motivate to get the best creative output.
  • -Often working in partnership with a copywriter, the Group Head- Art will seek to influence changes in audience behaviour through ideas, creativity and the use of media.
  • -The Group Head Art usually works on creative projects from inception to completion and has overall sign-off on the appearance of the final product.
  • -We will depend on the Group Head Art for the development of their visual offering; championing and selling creative work.
  • -The candidate will actively evolve design strategies which promote excellence, a Group Head art will also be the point-of-contact for work moving through the team.
  • -The candidate will introduce and apply expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects.
  • -Work closely with the art leads to schedule and monitor all projects and provide detailed direction to design teams.
  • -Fierce attention to technical details and aesthetics
  • -The candidate will have to ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
  • -The candidate will have to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and innovative visual work.
  • -Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches as and when needed.
  • -Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns Desired
Required Skills :

  • -Strong sense of niche graphic design and should have a strong ability to design for premium, understated brands
  • -Any experience working on premium, niche brands in the past will be an added bonus.
  • -Amazing turn-around time.
  • -Excellent visualisation of the idea with knowledge of print/web/video/social platforms.
