LIQVD ASIA wins the digital mandate for GAIL

Its been a roller coaster ride past few months at LIQVD ASIA India with mostly upward rides. We kick-started our NCR operations from our swanky new office in Gurgaon to meet the needs of the growing digital service requirements from the capital.

We were almost in the midst of putting the last hand of paint in the office when we received news of GAIL looking for digital agencies. We immediately made headway in this multi-agency pitch. The pitch for Social Media Management plus Media buying mandate was rolled out by GAIL and invited agencies to present their strategies. With our Delhi office head – Saurabh Gupta, we initiated a series of meetings with our contacts to infuse fresh and experienced talent aboard. With a small, new team from LIQVD Gurgaon and support from our established 65 member strong team back in Mumbai, we made it to the shortlists and eventually won the Media mandate for GAIL just last week. Needless to say, the team has been ecstatic about this proud victory as a lot of hard work and sheer determination ensured the swing in our way.
This win has been very important to pitch our flags high in a new market where players of every size exist. PSU mandates for agencies tend to be very important as it outlines an agency meeting several guidelines and requirements for PSU tenders. This underlines the fact of transparency of process and confirms agency credentials. I am sure our competitors as well as brand managers alike, will take notice of our growth story as well as attract some awesome local talent. In fact, resumes have already started pouring in. With a couple of clients from NCR and a team of 6 members already in this new space, can’t wait to make the office houseful soon.
This is only the beginning and we promise to give lot more positive noise in the capital. Much more, in the new year.
